Inspired by Rochester’s own Mt. Hope Cemetery, this demonstration cooking class explores the people buried there whose lives connect to our city’s food history. From fish farming and sausage making to brewing and other local traditions, we’ll follow their stories back to the table.
Taste each dish along the way, then leave with recipes, techniques, and stories worth retelling.
