Friday Oct. 23rd 6-8:30pm &
Saturday Oct. 24th 1:30-4pm
2 ½-hour class
Inspired by Rochester’s own Mt. Hope Cemetery, this class explores the people buried there whose lives connect to the city’s food history. From fish farming and wurstel to brewing and other local traditions, we’ll follow their stories back to the table.
Expect good food, unexpected history, and a spooky look at some familiar Rochester names.
Taste each dish along the way, then leave with recipes, techniques, and stories worth retelling.
